My 7 year old is tall. He is 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. I just posted a photo to find out the size. I can't post the boxers because firstly they are too tight and practically cut it in half and secondly they are so tight that you can see them. He usually wears 10-12. So I bought him 12-14. They are of terrible quality. Such a waste of money.

Bought these for my 2 sons. The length is perfect. There are no complaints. They fit my tall, very skinny kid with a flat butt perfectly. But he's not a typical physique. My average sized baby with a round butt doesn't fit his whole butt in it. He's not heavy at all, but those cowards don't like his generous butt. So if you have a baby board they will work great. If your child has a built-in seat cushion, skip it.

Love it - great fabric, feels nice, washes and dries great bright colors that won't fade even with chlorinated pool water (my 5 year old grandson wore one of the camouflage pairs to swim ) a great choice, long legs and overall great shorts!
