Didn't work out of the box! Looks like something is loose inside, possibly damaged in transit. After several attempts to get it to work, it finally worked but then turned off again. I will contact the replacement company.

I bought this and it worked for a week then the high settings stopped working completely and the low settings said they were on and they don't do anything. In the midst of the frost, thank you for the garbage product. Now I have to send it back and wait for it to be returned and the money back on my card before I can buy another heater while I'm freezing. I am disabled and have no heat now so thank you very much.

This heater had an internal short and started sparking both in front and behind the unit. None of the supposed safety measures prevented this and had I not noticed and pulled the plug my house would have burned down. This happened exactly 2 days after my 30 day return window closed. I bought a 2 year warranty with the heater but before the heater arrived I received an email saying the plan was unpaid and cancelled. I think now I know why!

This heater's thermostat is not working properly. If you turn it on before the heater turn on point, it will stay on. No matter how hot it gets, it never turns off. If you follow the instructions by turning the thermostat on "high" until it reaches the desired temperature and then turning it off until it just goes off, it will never turn on again.
