Love these! Firstly I know they are for men but I am a woman and they fit me. I also want to mention this seller what ugh! You are patient! I had to send them back twice to get a larger size. Thanks for your patience! The latter fit perfectly. They have two Velcro straps that secure your legs but don't get in the way. There are two loops on the back for easy donning and attachment to the rope without much movement. Worth buying!

The first ones I ordered were a size 8.5 and they were SMALL. I know mountaineering boots tend to run small, but they were way smaller than anything I've experienced in climbing shoes. The next set I ordered was a 9.5 and it fit a lot better, but for some reason it's not velcro anymore, it's laces now! Although I ordered the exact same "style" of shoes, for some reason the 8.5 came with velcro and the 9.5 came with laces. I will be returning both pairs and choosing a different brand, this one…

Details: Slim shoe design. Compact and breathable. They are good at climbing slab walls, which is the opposite of overhangs. It's more of a climbing shoe. I also have Black Diamond Zones for overweight work. Everything about these shoes is legal, but when I put the heel hooks on, it hurts a bit depending on what you're holding on to. Although I usually use my BD zones for this type of climbing. The size is reasonable. I wear street shoes 10.5 but my feet are wide so I chose 11. Tight but well…
