I didn't use this sealant. However, when I opened the package, everything inside was wet. The chemical has completely entered the outer packaging. I took a picture of the bottle sealed in the box. Due to such a large leak I don't know if the bottle was not sealed properly or if it was a returned and resold bottle.

I used large joints that were useless for new grout. This sealant was used on new bathroom tile, 1/8 inch sanded grout lines. I applied 3 coats - well, just because I had it - and the joint compound sealed well. Water will not enter if someone gets wet from the shower. These other works will be deleted and this product will be applied

I applied three coats and don't see any water droplets? Even if it doesn't absorb. I just took a sponge and covered all the newly grouted tiles on the kitchen countertop. Then three minutes later I wiped it off as instructed. It says to wipe it off ALL surfaces except grout but it looked like water and there were no visible marks where I didn't wipe? I'm not sure!

Although our grout hasn't been cleaned for a very long time, it did its job quite well. I sprayed it on the grout and then let it sit for 10-15 minutes before scrubbing. Unfortunately I had to repeat the process 2-3 times to get results and brightness almost as good as the original (on gray and cream grout). There are some areas where Clorox toilet cleaner + bleach must be used. Another downside is that Blue Diamond Cleaner is difficult to rinse off and wipe off.

This seal is terrible. We've spent thousands of dollars on new tile floors in the master and guest bathrooms. This seal turned both grout colors white. We carefully matched the grout colors to brown tile for brown tile and gray for gray tile to match the grout lines to the tile. Both grouts are now pure white after using this product and ruined the look we spent thousands of dollars on. Now we need to remove the mortar and regroup hundreds more. Don't buy this if you don't need white grout…

Addendum: More than 3 years have passed since the application was submitted. The seal didn't hold. Don't bother cleaning your joints to entrust them to this sealant. Definitely not "finally". Original: I used a plain roller to apply sealant. I cleaned the seam with Black Diamond Seam Cleaner. Apply two coats of sealer. It couldn't be easier. The second layer has long been absorbed. I had to wet a couple of areas that still had a puddle of caulk after an hour. Only time will tell how good this…
