Not quite sure about the effectiveness of this new skirt grout - read on.
I applied three coats and don't see any water droplets? Even if it doesn't absorb. I just took a sponge and covered all the newly grouted tiles on the kitchen countertop. Then three minutes later I wiped it off as instructed. It says to wipe it off ALL surfaces except grout but it looked like water and there were no visible marks where I didn't wipe? I'm not sure!
