When I received this item the roller was very loose which means it only lit 1/10th of the time and never lit. This agrees with some of the complaints but differs from others; I suspect there's a difference, and you may or may not end up with a well-made lighter. Purchase at your own risk although it is very beautiful.

I was very excited to get this lighter because it looks so nice and I love its design. The lighter works great most of the time, but sometimes when you light it up the flame gets out of control! Light as a 5 inch flame😐. Luckily that never happened in front of others because that would have been a bit embarrassing. Especially when I show someone my "expensive lighter" 😐.

Everything is fine with the lighter I received. + all around. Easy to fill, just adjust the flame. I have much more expensive lighters that are not as good. I wish there were more colors, I would buy more! Comes in a nice case. By the way, some complain that it scratches easily, but remember that black shows everything. The lighter does not scratch more than other lighters, the black color only confirms it more.

The only downside is that it took me a while to figure out how to get the lighter to burn. First fill the lighter with butane. I'll push you to the butane nozzle.
