Used as a scrapbook

The notebook has nice durable pages. I used it as a scrapbook to include pictures from my son's Eagle Scout trip. The spiral binding allows you to add extra sheets and if it gets too thick I can tear off the pages without tearing the binding. Black paper also adds sophistication and good quality to the album.

Bang for Buck is awesome

2 packs great value! We wanted to use black paper with our opaque Gelly Roll pens and it was perfect. The paper is not as thick as cardboard, but it is thick and heavy. I even cut out a simple gift tag with it. The perforated tops made it very easy to rip out the pages without tearing them. We had a group of 6 kids (aged 2-9) who got together and painted for over an hour. They all liked the novelty of using black paper. This product is highly recommended!

Fantastic, versatile pad and notebook

It is difficult to buy even stationery these days. I wanted a good dark parker for drawing and journaling and it was a great deal for this user, the material is just the right thickness, nice black and works well with my metallic markers and pearlescent watercolors. A 2-pack gives me one to turn into a self-decorated "diary" to carry in my purse for storing everyday items and records; another for postcards, drawings and whimsical notes. Brings a new joy of writing and drawing! - $

Black paper combined with matt markers makes drawing and writing new and exciting again. After a search and reading all the reviews found in HR, this product won. It costs a little more, but the quality paper combined with the easy, clean paper removal makes for a very good value product. Two packs were given to my granddaughters aged 8 and 10. The surface of the paper is NOT smooth, too stained for colored pencils

I needed black paper for drawing with colored pencil and in the review everyone said that this paper is black and black which is true BUT it didn't mention the surface of the paper, it looks like grains of sand inside - "lumpy". Me too I don't use cheap colored pencils. I only use Luminance, Polychromos, Pablos, Derwent Lightfast. These are NOT my pens. Tear-Off to rip out the paper. Disadvantages: - SAND surface.
