Completely blocks the sun!

I followed the instructions and they are holding up well. I live in the desert, I have 3 17x17 inch windows above my bed and the light comes in early and bright! This was the best temporary solution for my new home, works very well!

Easy to use, great for home decor

I didn't even know blackout films existed for windows! This product was very easy to measure and use. They have squares on the back to make measuring and cutting more accurate. Installation is pretty easy as it sticks to the window with water and completely blocks the light.

It offers excellent sun protection

Overall this product offers excellent sun protection. Just the trimming and dressing is a little trickier than I thought. It fits the window perfectly, but it is difficult to cut it exactly to the size of the window to completely block the sun. I closed 6 panes of windows and the sun is still shining through the edges. But I definitely recommend it!

You will need a spray bottle and a pair of sharp scissors/cutter or blade.

Not that the product is thick for cutting. It's very light and coming from me, it's a lot because I'm clumsy and can't cut straight. And thank you for having these grid lines. Anyway, the window looks bright because I only set it to 1 window. 1 minus: it's not as hot as I would hope. But it could also just be the sun and my game windows are looking at 5pm to 7pm.

Keep the temperature high during the hot summer months. Price and functionality

So far, so good! I wasn't precise with my measurements, so there's a bit of light leaking through them. I personally bought them to keep the sunlight out and hopefully keep some heat out of the apartment in the summer months. I didn't do all the windows, but I have noticed windows where I can feel a slight difference in temperature. If you're using these two tinted windows and sleeping, you should be able to take accurate measurements so the light doesn't shine through. They work as advertised.
