Arrived early, bought for assembling/repairing micro components in drones used in my shop. They are the perfect size and don't spread, I will definitely be replacing them with the same ones.

I bought these to use with a Weller soldering iron. I use it for all my railway modeling tasks. Everything from soldering rails to installing decoders and LED lights. This choice gives me the right size advice for all these tasks.

Arrived safely. Properly protected. The tips are already tinned and work well. A little thinner for a project so I modified. It works just as well as unmodified nozzles. I'm happy with that and if I find I need more advice. I would buy again.

During the normal soldering process, if you "wet" the tip with solder (which helps conduct heat to the solder joint), you'll find: EVER! The solder "sticks" to the tip, causing the solder to "fiddle" next to the tip as the joint heats up. This means you have to spend more time waiting for the joint to heat up (which can ruin the components!), and when the "ball" rolls the whole process can get messy and waste a lot of solder. They are a lot cheaper than Weller tips (5 tips for the price of 1 Weller tip) and literally last about 10 times longer. To be honest the lifespan can be over 10x - so much longer that I think Weller tips are made to fail early which is why you buy more. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could just because they are so much better than the original.
