Does what it should.

Bought for pygmy goats. They can stick their snouts through the ropes, but they can't pull out too much to fall to the ground. The rope is very strong and easy to fill.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Not fashionable

Good quality, better feeding and watering equipment

Good quality, my horse definitely seems a lot happier that he switched to a large diamond net instead of a slow feeder! Big enough, I usually make 5 flakes in it and can close it tightly.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Appearance

Not good for goats!

I have 2 Nigerian Pygmy Goats that I wanted to use this on. They gnawed through the net and one of my girls almost hung herself from it. Possibly suitable for another animal species, but definitely not for goats.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Fading

My Nigerian Pygmy Goats love it.

A lot of negative reviews. My Nigerian midgets love it. They eat three times more hay than me and I just give them some hay every day. If it breaks I will update the review. So far, so good.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some little things

It's not that I don't like this idea

It's not that I don't like this idea. It works for a lot of my friends, but I noticed that one of my goats was hanging its horns on it, so I decided to take it off. Unfortunately it is too late for a return. If it works for you, it's decent quality. Just like our local feed shop.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

If I could leave a rating without a star I would as this product does not deserve any stars. Within a week it was completely destroyed and collapsed. It does not stand up to the actual use of the barnyard. I have little goats (3) and they fell apart like tissue paper in the rain. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled

The best zero waste goat hay feeder!

I have tried so many different hay feeds for my pet goats. Notwithstanding the fact that there was always so much waste at the end of the day, either because they were dragging too much on the floor or finding a way to pee or poop all on it. This is by far the best hay feeder I have ever tried. I put a tray under the loose item tray and they can't climb on it to go to the bathroom. These hay bags have already saved me so much money and nerves! I get 2 more! Love it!

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
