The shoes are very cute! I also bought the adult version so my daughter and I can match. However, they work a little more. My 4 year old usually wears a size 10c Converse. I bought 10 of these and they are a bit big. I recommend ordering half a size smaller than usual.

My son LOVES rainbows and I was very lucky to find rainbow colored shoes but not women's shoes. I don't spend a lot of money on shoes as they wear out very quickly but I figured for the price they would last more than a month. Velcro is visible in the picture but even with it still attached it was no longer sticking to the other part.

I suppose they can work if you add laces but the little flimsy velcro is rubbish. You stay on nothing. Can't imagine what they would look like if actually played with, but even with brand new velcro that nothing sticks to, they just fall off. My 3 year old loves the rainbow, it's his "favorite color" so we bought him some rainbow stuff. These were by far the most disappointing shoes I've ever bought in my 7 years as a dad.
