Compared with Lincoln and Fourney wire, Blue Demon wire is difficult to make good welds. I bought a Fourney Easy Weld for welding 16 gauge canopy. The Fourney wire that came with the kit made good welds but ran out quickly. I bought a small Lincoln coil, the welds turned out good too.
