2 of my pans, one labeled 'Frying Pan' are ruined by frying corn tortillas at 7.5. This was after 1 night of her preparation. We took great care of her. Never fried, never used metal utensils, always hand washed. Very disappointed.

I only used the small frying pan to boil eggs, never put it in the dishwasher, just used diluted soap on the inside of the frying pan. It lasted 10 months. Now I can't boil an egg in it so it doesn't stick together. I'm trying to see if I can get it back. I'll update if I can't.

The non-stick coating on it is fantastic and works very well. My only complaint is that I have a set of 3 pans of the same diameter, one of which is slightly deeper. I would prefer just one or two or maybe a smaller pan per set.

Me and I have to personally cook everything we eat due to autoimmune diseases. He seems indiscriminate with the heat he always cooks on and has ruined every other pan I've had. They are amazing and have such an even heating system that this is no longer a problem. i really love her

It's only been a few days but I LOVE these pans. They are beautiful to look at, heavy and well-balanced, and easy to clean. The multi-purpose frying pan is worth the entrance fee. Its shape is a bit like a wok, but it has a flat bottom and is great for making homemade soup or popcorn. Probably the nicest frying pans I've ever owned.

I first used Bblue Diamond cookware at a rented beach house and was so impressed with their cooking I ordered this set when I got home. I've used two pans so far and love them. It bakes very evenly and browns the meat nicely. Follow directions not to use high temperatures or cooking sprays in it. The pan is cleaned in no time at all. Very well done. We strongly recommend purchasing this item.

I really like these pans. Works very well, doesn't stick. I've had them for almost a year now and they're holding up well. However, a major downside (for me) is that they don't have a hole at the end of the handle for hanging. I would not have bought this model if I had known about it. They are now taking up my precious space in the office. and thankfully I love cooking with them so it's worth the space they take up.
