Missing parts will render this useless. Blue Ox can't help as Revain isn't actually an authorized retailer, and Revain thinks the $20 promo credit will make up for that. They can send a replacement, but when they need it, it won't be there. I know for a fact that Herch is great alone, but Revain fails and that's why it gets 1 star.

Seems to work as described, however it needs to be made clearer that this setting will not work for outboard drawbars. This requires a different coupling head. BXW4012. I bought this in hopes of being able to use it on multiple trailers and now I'm finding out I need a different head for my new trailer. that's another $200. The total cost for this setup is almost $900. Unsatisfied!
