No formal/written warranty on this $800+ product and NO replacement filters available?

No change to my recall until 09/01/21 - Item received on 12/17/2020. Very concerned that I did not receive a written guarantee. I registered my product on the Bluair website. No warranty details or replacement filters. Their support team does not answer calls. Contacted Revain customer service and she tried to call BlueAir while I was on hold and BlueAir customer service didn't answer her either. Then (thanks to the Revain customer service rep) the next day she tried calling BlueAir again and…

Wouldn't buy again - AVOID unless you need a useless app (TRANSMISSION 23 Mar 21)

Pros: Nice looking, quiet fan, very efficient and effective. You can dim that bright blue light (read on) IF you can get the app to work. Cons: 1) It has a bright blue light that is not compatible with a darkened bedroom. 2) You can only turn off the light through the app. .3) The application is faulty. When you open it, you will be prompted to "connect product" even if you have already connected it. The progress bar shows "80% complete" when it actually appears to be fully completed. REVISION…

I really like this product. I've found that once you know what it can do, the bugs found in other reviews are solvable. That's right, the fan has 3 speeds and low, medium and high are constant. But if you control the fan through the app, you can adjust it from 1% to 100%, now you can find the right setting for you. As for the light, yes, it's bright, and most people won't have a problem turning it on during the day. But in your sleep? Well, the app has brightness adjustment. Use scheduling…
