MP3 Playback - Portable Audio & Video

I bought this portable CD player to play CDs from MP3 files. He does exactly that, reproduces them seamlessly. This player has more bells and whistles than I will ever use. After reading the reviews of many other players, this is the one that will allow you to play MP3s. The player has easy to find buttons that don't protrude on the back or sides of the player which is a big plus. It has a great sound. , low volume makes a big difference I am happy with this player and would recommend it.

Compact boom box, very handy

This boom box does what I wanted - just take it with me anywhere and play CDs. I took off a star because it sometimes takes more than one try to plug in the power cord, there are occasional delays in responding to button presses, and the buttons and digital display are hard to read. If you need to connect with bluetooth headphones, just buy a small bluetooth transmitter, plug it into the headphone jack and voila, you can connect with bluetooth headphones.

This is a very good sounding portable radio/USB/CD/AM-FM portable radio (boombox) but if you plan on using it with a portable transmitter to pair (Bluetooth), Please note that this radio is only designed to pair with smartphones, laptops, tablets, etc. before purchasing this radio, not the radio itself. I only found this out today when I was trying tried to pair me with the Blue Tooh speaker, but it didn't pair with the speaker. I called Sony support and was told that this radio will only…

Electricity through the cable did not work at all - only batteries

I bought this to transfer some of my favorite cds to mp. I first used it for the radio and it worked about as well as my 15 year old radio for plugging in stations, but the sound was definitely better. However, when I finally tried to transfer CDs, I found that the power supply didn't work at all when using the cable. (I checked that the outlet works) I've been using the battery version for about a year (the last ones). I was very disappointed because I can't expect the battery to work for CDs.

Nevertheless, many good features.

Many good features but the sound is weak. Volume above 20 (out of 40) starts to distort. The bass boost is completely useless. My years old Panasonic had a much better sound for about the same size. The bluetooth receiver was easy to connect to the source, but there is no bluetooth transmitter (despite the answers to the questions) so I had to buy a BT dongle to listen to the headphones. Appreciate the copy to USB feature, but I can't listen to your copy. I wish it would use the CD name instead

I was hoping the Sony Bluetooth Boombox was what I was looking for and it really is. Here's the breakdown: 1. Bluetooth worked great with both my iPhone 5C and iPad Air 2.
