Easy to use and holds a charge for several days, steals the volume a bit hence I got three stars. I really had to crank the volume up to get decent volume. A reduction of about 40% is possible. Increased static noise in the audio was also noted.

I bought this to replace my iPhone adapter cables because they kept going bad. I drive a trailer for a living and the sound quality in the trailer is good. I also use the headset to talk to other drivers and this thing has no problem switching back and forth when I'm not using the headset or when I'm using the headset.

This item was my first purchase, I used it to connect only the AUX port in the car. The sound quality is okay. The Bluetooth connection is good/stable. The phoning about this item is not very good. Since the other person can't even hear you and you can't hear them, it looks like they're talking on the speakerphone down the hall. Also, there's a lot of static electricity while charging, even if you're not listening.

I bought this adapter for my 2009 Honda CR-V which does not have Bluetooth. The sound quality is very good when playing music or making calls. 2 things I didn't like: The playback control buttons on the top of the adapter are too small to find without looking at the adapter (they need to be lifted up to press comfortably). This is not a problem if you are using your phone's controls. The handprinted font is too small to read without a magnifying glass.

I bought this for my 2013 Ford because it doesn't have bluetooth but has an aux input. I was disappointed with this device for a number of reasons. First, when nothing is connected to the device, there is engine noise. Second, you have to manually reconnect to the device every time you come back within its range. Both are very annoying and weren't a problem with my previous Bluetooth adapter, which this unit replaced. I would not recommend buying this bluetooth adapter.

I would say the advantages of this product are its size and intuitive design/bluetooth pairing process, but the audio quality is absolutely terrible. I tried using this with my wired headphones (which have a detachable 3.5mm jack) and the sound quality was absolutely unbearable. Functionally, it *technically* works in terms of wireless audio, but I believe there is another product on the market with much better audio quality, so I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
