Great features, especially for the price. Wind noise is typical for a helmet in this price range. The built-in Bluetooth was easy to set up. Becomes difficult to hear at highway speeds (65+ mph). The integrated sun visor is amazing and retracts very smoothly.

The helmet itself fits perfectly and adjusts well. The communication system is mixed, it works well when listening to music from the phone. The helmet-to-helmet connection works great as long as you're standing still, but hop on your bike and start riding and the hissing is so loud you can't hear the other person.

I called the number on the card in the box because I need them to send me new thinner pads for the inside because they are thick, no others said they would Send me thinner face pads for free but they didn't respond and waited for their response!

This full face helmet is very comfortable (although I usually wear LARGE I had to buy XXLarge). The music lacks bass, but I haven't had any connection issues at all. I'm not a big fan of how they chose to buckle up the helmet. Not the original D-ring chin strap, but a plastic ratchet system. It's a bit difficult to buckle at times, but unbuckling is a quick task. I love this helmet and would like to give it 4 1/2 stars! It's very comfortable and the pads are great for a snug fit. I like the built in Bluetooth compared to the clip on I've used before and the buttons have a nice soft feel so you can press them while driving. The only area of improvement I would recommend is the sound quality at high speeds.
