If you're on the phone or have a basic stereo, this should work. Very easy to use. But zero bass. ZERO. I have subs under the seats like they're not there. The audio was very clear so I can see it for those looking for a phone solution.

We bought 5 of these for customer installation and none of them worked. All had audio-out jack issues, choppy playback, one-sided playback, or no playback at all. They connected and paired but either no sound or very poor sound. look elsewhere

Let's just say I went back to my cord. Every time you want to connect via Bluetooth you have to go into the settings, forget the device, unplug the USB and plug it back in to restart to find it again. If that's not enough, there's a 30% chance that it will shut itself down by the end of the first song and have to start the process over. This product belongs to the sewage system.

I have an IR sauna at home that came with the car stereo for the sound system (yes, silly). It has a USB connection, so from time to time I would download some tunes onto a flash drive and play them or some bad terrestrial radio station. Thats much better! I just plug it into a USB port, plug it back into my phone and hang up my streaming apps. Easy to set up like any other Bluetooth device.

I bought this item about three or four months ago. Worked great on my two civilians, one with an aftermarket main unit and one with stock. The aftermarket head unit only required a USB part and it worked great. The stock Civic also requires an AUX cable.
