Works great.: Computers and Accessories

I had no problem using modules in my project. They are initialized with stop bits of zero and a baud rate of 9600 in AT command mode. A data sheet wouldn't hurt.

There is no clear documentation and you cannot believe what you are reading

Although you can search google for several tests and find conflicting information on whether the device defaults to 38400 baud or 9600 baud in non-AT mode, there is no suitable description. Nowhere can you read a table what the blinking red light on the module indicates (it has at least 4 modes and I mentioned 2 modes in the articles). After several hours of trying, I was able to get into the AT interface via the Arduino board and select all of the module's internal settings. You must have theโ€ฆ

I flashed the RN42 HID mode

These work. You don't have work to find all the required software and firmware. I can confirm that these devices work with the model that was shipped to me on 5/2021.
