Works like a charm. I had to replace several rails for my kitchen and this tool allowed me to line them up perfectly. Without them I would most likely have gaps in the front.

VERY useful when using Blum drawer slides. This and a set of self-centering drill bits (see Vix bits) will take the job from tedious/anxious to quick and reliable.

I used this tool to renovate the drawers and slides in our old kitchen cabinets. This jig was useful for installing Blum rails in my cabinets, but it is best used to install the rails on the side panels of the cabinet rather than the front frame and back of the cabinet as in my case. This really helped hold the rail in the approximate position when the rear bracket is placed on the back of the cabinet. I still had to make sure the slide was level with a spirit level and adjust the side position
