I ordered these as water shoes but they turned out to be chunkier and less water resistant than I was hoping. Although they work well as sandals. They are very easy to put on and my 15 month old son walked in them with no problem. They are good quality and true to size. My son is a size 5 and fits a size 12-18 months.

It is so sweet! I love the look, the material and the fit. I sent them back because I don't want to go through the hassle of putting shoes on a 15 month old foot. They fit her perfectly but I still have to walk in open shoes...too much trouble for me.

They are especially good for my special needs daughter who wears leg braces. The presence of a fully open top with Velcro allows us to put them under the suspenders. We have not found any other matching shoes.

We previously ordered a size 3 for our son and loved it so much we ordered a size 4 when he outgrew a size 3. Wrong size sent, no big deal. Happens. But the new ones are also 3 sizes but much smaller. Now I can't change the order because I have no idea what size to get as they just put random sizes on the shoes. However, the original couple is great. I wish I could get them in a larger size but I have to find another company.

Fits perfectly and the hook and eye straps give plenty of room for our little one's feet. Presumably this works both ways (in other words, if you bought these shoes a little "too small", the straps will help them fit, then they'll eventually fit properly, and if your little one's feet get too big, they can expand ).
