It works but not the microphone option.

The remote control is very nicely made. The only problem is that the microphone function for speaking into the remote control doesn't work. Small price for cheap replacement.

Good inexpensive replacement

This remote connects to the TV right out of the box - nothing needed to be done. This works very well. I can't tell any difference from the original Samsung remote.

Good replacement in Accessories and Consumables

Worked well with my Samsung mu7000 screen although I couldn't use the voice function as my screen doesn't support it. This remote control is a replacement for the original Samsung remote control, it is even lighter than the original remote control.

Doesn't work with cable box like original remote

Works with TV, volume, power and ISP but not with cable box. The original remote worked with the cable box. Don't say it's a BN59-01292A replacement if it doesn't have these features.

The voice function does not work. Returned.

My Samsung TV came with a remote control that supports voice commands. There are many third-party remote controls that clearly state that their products do not support the voice function. This remote claims to support voice commands, but it doesn't. When the voice button is pressed, the LED lights up, but the TV doesn't respond in any way. Sent back for a refund.

Works fine for a while.

I bought two of these remote controls. One for me and one for my wife. We now have "mutual control" over the TV. When the remotes arrived we were able to get them to work with the TV with no fuss. They do everything you expect them to, e.g. B. Turning on and off, changing channels, volume, etc. I like everything about the remote except that one of the remotes now has a function that no longer works. The bottom part of the directional controls no longer works. The price is right. I don't see any

The microphone cannot be synchronized. Lid difficult to open (but repairable)

This remote works for my Samsung TV EXCEPT its mic will not sync with my Samsung Smart other than the remotes work fine. Biggest complaint about all remotes like this: you CANNOT remove the back cover with less than nine basic ballet moves [more or less]. There were times when it took me an hour and most of my nails to undo the back of this type of remote, no exaggeration.
