Very durable and can withstand high temperatures, love the fact that they all come in different sizes. The smallest can be a little flimsy but that's understandable as it's a lot smaller than silicone but hasn't let me down yet.

I bought these scratch free tongs after the rubber tips on my old tongs started to loosen. The new pliers came quickly and were better than expected. They are very durable and very comfortable in my hands. Would buy again.

I'm slowly turning all green kitchen accents to black. It was a fantastic price and they came with 3 different sizes of tongs, a silicone grip and a non-metallic tong top which I love. Each had a pull tab that could be pulled or pushed to open or release.

Update: Company contacted and replacement sent. The product is correct and works perfectly. The 9 inch pliers have a hard plastic tip that has been riveted on instead of silicone. The other two were as described. I can return them but I will probably give the 9 inch pliers to my kids as a toy. it's garbage.

Excellent pliers with push/pull locking. I thought the little pair were cute but didn't think I'd use them and then they turn out to be PERFECT for pulling eggs out of boiling water! I LOVE silicone tips! They are ideal for lifting hard-boiled eggs or glassware out of the steamer. The longest pair works great on the grill!

Two small plastic pliers. What I bought was supposed to be THREE silicone tongs. The smallest of them doesn't even fully compress and has trouble fixing in the open or closed position. The large tongs (silicone actually) seem to be the only ones of decent quality. I was guilty of buying a pair of pliers at the dollar store. you break. they rust. you suck So I spent a little more and got a set of these. Oooh better. I use pliers at least once a day. I am often reminded how happy I am that I bought them. They are durable and useful. No rust. Continuous. Good sizes. Unlike the cheap ones, they are dishwasher safe. Not too bulky like my other "good" pliers. That is exactly right. I wish I had gotten them sooner.

I need tongs with silicone tips for non stick pans. I wanted them to be strong enough to lift roast beef etc. They're strong enough to lift whatever I'm about to cook. They are easy to clean. Can be unlocked with one hand by pressing the locking mechanism against something, making holding the bowl and locking these pliers in place is very easy. VERY SATISFIED and there are three different sizes!

I love them for cooking in stainless steel pots. These pans always seem to get hotter and I've had tongs that melt. They work great and withstand high temperatures. As other reviewers have pointed out, silicone tips can crack over time as there is a piece of metal inside, so I try not to put too much pressure (more than normal use) on the tips. so the metal doesn't break through the silicone.
