Bought these to connect to my laptop in class to show instructional videos. If the volume is high enough for the students to hear, the excess bass will distort the voices.

That's a really great price! They have a great sound and even a bass try! I don't see anyone dissapointing with them as long as they are realistic about what they want for their money. These aren't Bose speakers or boomboxes but for the price the sound is great (I paid for 8). They work well and I am very satisfied!

Bought these for my husband's computer who doesn't have speakers in the monitor. They're easy to use, but you need a USB port as well as a microphone port. Just plug in and get started. They have a volume control on the cable. You can gently move the speakers further apart and the cable will disconnect to move them further apart. The sound is loud and clear enough for our purposes.
