The perfect French Press for 2 people. Makes approximately 2 full medium coffee cups. That's about what it takes me every morning to turn back into a human. If you're brewing for a mug or a pair, this is for you.

First of all, it is mainly made of plastic, but it is not bad. I've had several French presses including Bodum, the metal frame has scratched the glass over time, some even rusted. I prefer this plastic frame over the metal frame. It seems very strong and durable, I'm sure it will last a long time.

This is an amazing coffee maker - right size, right shape, easy to use, easy to clean and stylish. We use it every morning and with little effort it makes a great cup of coffee every time. A word of caution: be careful when cleaning glass, which is strong but certainly not indestructible. Bodum makes a number of other coffee makers but the Kenya is our favorite and has been for a long time.
