    Pretty good stuff! in Sculpture Supplies

    We haven't made the positive mold yet, but I really liked the negative mold. My subject complained that the substance burned a bit, but not that he couldn't keep it for the required preparation time.

    Great product, best in shapes and forms

    Great product and fairly easy to work with. Be aware of the ambient temperature around your work place, because the cooler the room you're in, the longer you'll have to work on it before it hardens.

    Check Manufacture/Expiry Date

    This injection molded silicone is amazing. But it's very temperature sensitive and expires about a year after it's made, so buying it from Revain inventory is a huge hit or miss. Who knows where and how long it was stored.

    great for experienced casters

    This is a great product if you have at least average casting experience. Four hands are better than two with this set. It has a short shelf life and demoulds quickly, which can be wasteful without a careful plan.

    The expiry date is a little late but overall I like the material

    It was used up quickly but it also felt very old when I received it. I know it won't have a long expiry date so I used it straight away but it seemed old everything else works fine but you have to be quick only gave 3 stars because for the price it should be newer, but it came quickly and i got it working, thanks

    Best product of its kind

    I have used this product with great success. Companion product Rubber Smooth-On works just as well. You just have to make sure that it is applied in a very thick layer, otherwise the mold will crack. You can use it to cast basically any face, any part of the body or any sculpture. I have not found any other product like this. Videos on how to use this product are produced by the company and there are many on YouTube.

    I hope it was just an old bottle!

    This product is highly recommended for making casts. However, from the moment I started stirring the first bottle, I knew it wasn't going to work for me. It was too thick even when combined with the second bottle. As I feared, the mix didn't go well at all and my cast wasn't anywhere near the quality I was hoping for. I understand that this product has a short shelf life, but I've only used it for two weeks after purchasing it, so I can conclude they sent me old stock.
