Probably the worst tasting pre-workout product I've tried in my life (and I've tried a dozen). This was a real surprise as the same brand of turtein, on the other hand, is one of the tastiest protein powders out there. The 'ingredients' made me buy it and I got a good workout while drinking (the only time) but the taste wasn't worth it. If you don't care about taste, you have to consider it.

Good material. Aminolution replaces Elite Recoup, which to my knowledge is no longer made. The ingredients in Aminolution contain all the essential elements I love plus 6 B vitamins. The only thing I didn't want was green tea. I don't like my caffeine supplements because I only drink coffee and no longer need caffeine, but the amount of green tea seems to be minimal.
