Sharp and good for cutting wire, cable ties and stripping wire. It's nice if you want to get closer. Just note that you cannot cut anything thick or hard as the tool's pliers are not thick like regular side cutters and will be destroyed.

Very sharp. Great for my little hand. I have used them several times since I received them. I originally ordered them to cut metal into jewelry as the tip was small. Now I want to have a few in my tool box too, very handy for repeated home use.

I LOVE MY CUTTERS 😍😍😍! This is the best upgrade from my old ones. I'm a florist and we use artificial flowers in some of our arrangements and the stems have very thick wire and these cutters are so sharp you don't even have to press hard to cut them love them and for the price yessss!

Excellent cutters. I actually use them for cutting zippers and they work great. Tough, affordable and surprisingly durable, build quality. However, these cutters have one major disadvantage. The incisors do not remain closed and always open. I thought there was a knob to lock it in place like other tools in my garage but that was never a problem as I just leave it in the box it came in.

See photos of closed jaws and light shining through. Garbage! Blunt blades in several places. Poorly made or poor quality control - or both. Get something else that might cost twice as much but is a reliable tool. In fact, the original cutter from IRWIN USA in Revain costs the same and is 100 times better - got it today. Unfortunately this is my first time using a BOENFU cutter so it's past the return period and it went straight into the trash where it belongs.

They're a lot smaller than most of their competitors (that's why I bought them) but the handles are nice and thick and they seem to be more durable than you might expect. I like that they have a lock unlike Hakko CHP-170. The Hakko keep popping open making it difficult to close my toolbox, but they stay closed and don't give me any trouble. If space isn't a concern I'll probably stick with the CHP-170, but for my drawer where space is critical they'll definitely help.

I really like the tiny nature of this item as I needed something to travel with easily. It has a really useful locking feature that I wish there were more clippers so I can safely store clippers among my other stuff. Unfortunately the wire cutters broke when I was in the process of cutting the regular plastic ties. I am very disappointed that it broke so soon after purchase. I really wanted to like it but it seems like it's too weak. I would buy it again knowing the next one wouldn't snap on…
