Wrong diameter stated otherwise ok

I bought this for a flashlight project I'm working on. I have a maximum inner diameter of 46mm. I actually canceled another order to order this one due to the shipping time. My mistake. This product is actually 50mm in diameter although the listing says it's 25mm which means I would have to take out a hacksaw to fit it and if I wanted to use a hacksaw I didn't have to specifically book a round , in order to do this.
