Tried to buy another one of these after years ago I had one that worked very well. The ones I tried had very large bumps that didn't work at all and the brush left bristles in your food. BUT this hit on all levels. The notches are sharp but not too big, the brush works too. Highly recommended!

So far I really like this dish, but I've only used it with garlic. However, I was disappointed with the garlic mince pod as it has a black mark on it that I thought would wash off or rub off, but that wasn't the case. The quality of the brush is debatable as the bristles come out regularly and the texture isn't as "hard" as I expected. The dish is very beautiful.

I love this garlic grater! First off, it's great for chopping garlic! The only problem is that when there isn't much left to grind and it's hard on your fingertips, it gets tricky! Second, it's just great to show off your easel! The brush for picking garlic after rubbing works well. I haven't used the scrub yet. Everything is high quality and at a great price.

I bought one for a friend at a local craft fair and paid twice as much for it. Found this plate at Revain for a great price and ordered it. The plate is beautiful and the grid works (😎), but the shipping company placed a small plastic stand outside the bubble wrap and indeed it was broken into many pieces. A small thought makes a big difference in serving a customer.

Looks good and fits in my kitchen, but I don't really like garlic. My sister has one and loves it, but I have another garlic product that I like better. I'll probably use that for the ginger but I don't really like it as you have to be careful not to get your fingers too deep where you're scratching and it kind of grinds it up instead of pushing through that, what i have now. Some people might like it, but I'll probably gift it to someone or resell it. It will be a good gift.
