I only have one observation. It's supposed to hold up to 7.2 inches and my Samsung Note with the lid is 6.8 inches and I have to pull that hard to make it work. I'm concerned about how stretched the rubber bands are. Hopefully it holds up well, no crashes.

This holder is not designed to hold iPhone XS. The description clearly says it will work with the XS. The silicone straps immediately rolled off the phone, dropping it onto the concrete and shattering the protective glass. You really need to rewrite your match description. Very dissatisfied customer.

This little gadget surprised me. When I received it I didn't think at first that it would hold or hold my phone. I put it on the top tube of the frame and it worked great! It doesn't move and my phone stayed in place the whole trip. Not sure how long the rubber will last but overall it was a good buy!

I didn't like the original Bike Tie Pro because it held onto the top and bottom of the touchscreen which made it very difficult to control the phone when it was in the holder. . Addendum: After using the mount for a few months I have more confidence in it. I try not to twist the straps when inserting the phone. In 650 miles of travel not a single strap has come loose.
