I cleaned my bones swiss ceramic bearings with rubbing alcohol and have never cleaned before, after ten years it was definitely a must. I thought they were taken off they were spinning a bit rough right after the deep cleaning I had done on them I put a drop on each as recommended for ceramic put them back in and the bearing felt, as if they were better than new. I bought this product because I knew how it works because I've used it before. It does exactly what it says on the tin and lubricates your bearings for longer and more sustainable use. It won't make them spin faster, but no lube will do that, no matter what company you use, it will actually make them appear to roll slower.
