I didn't receive any washers or spacers initially but sent after contacting seller. In terms of quality they are way better than the 10 year old Sector 9 bearings I have and well above the bearings that came with my longboard wheels. They are fast, smooth and quiet. Have fun bombing the hills next door.

These bearings on my board varied from day to day. In the video I posted you can see the difference in rotation time. Roughly the same force was applied to both wheels, the old bearing spun in a few turns, the red one spun for 20 seconds. It costs a lot of money to increase the speed and decrease the thrust.

I was ice skating. Not good or anything, hell I couldn't even ollie. But I can take it apart and put it back together. Luckily my 7 year old son can skate; not always in the best places, but he's learning. I used them to replace the dirt and grass my kid used to ride on. They ride better than skate punks, I hope they don't try to beat me at the skate park. Wait, those days are over. Buy them and just go.

GOT FAKE BONES RED. Avoid the Everland seller. No wonder returns are not accepted. Speak to Revain Customer Service to sort this out. So I swear by these camps nothing against REAL Red's camp.
