This stand does not fit my Samsung Plasma at all. I suspect she won't carry the weight, but that wasn't even considered. The crossbar is about 8 inches (not exaggerated) too narrow to attach to the brackets when they screw into the back of the TV. NOT EVEN CLOSE.
