Good ones are good, but some can be old. Pls read

So I bought about 6? of these to replace most of my club grips because the current one got old and the rubber started to fall out (like it does with old rubber). Of the 6, I think 2 of them were really old. because I've just used it for maybe 57 golf ranges and 2 of these rubbers already started to crumble, which I know is what happens when the rubber gets old. Other 4 are fine, but it kinda sucks since you pay golf shops to replace them for like $3 per club just for it to fall apart (unless…

Pros
  • Well priced nice feel!
Cons
  • They might be too thick for golfers used to standard grips

Great replacement for a cheap iron!

A grip on a 7 iron of a set of clubs I got at a garage sale was completely disintegrated. Bought this to replace it.It feels great, went on easy, and has a nice look to it. It matches the rest of the set of clubs as well. If you have your own tape and solvent already, putting this on the club itself is the final and easiest step. If you're not looking for some expensive super professional grip, this will do you just fine. Im no pro golfer, nor do I think the quality of my grips has that big of…

Pros
  • Just put this grip on my wife's driver and her hybrid, she loves it.
Cons
  • Half the grips would not go on properly. The grip on the driver is wearing away!

Waste of money.wouldn't even go on!

I have regripped dozens of clubs. Never has one ripped and not one got more than halfway on. I had to cut 3 grips off. What a waste of money!

Pros
  • Nice grip, great feel in my hands. Ordered the jumbo grips and now my clubs feel brand new.
Cons
  • The super tacky material could pick up dirt and grass on the golf course

Slippery grips on my review.

Disclaimer: I bought these and had them installed at my local golf pro shop, not amazon. I’ve played about 10 rounds with them (on all clubs except putter) and here are my thoughts:Pros: soft feel and seem to be holding up good.Cons: NOT tacky at all. Honestly, they feel slick. So much so, you absolutely MUST wear a golf glove to swing confidently, or you feel like you have to use a death grip to prevent the club from slipping out of your hand. I washed the grips to no affect. Still slick.I…

Pros
  • Enhanced Traction
Cons
  • The cross comfort design might not be suitable for golfers with grip sensitivity issues

Great grip best in my review

I regripped and old driver that I had given up on. The thicker grip makes it much easier to swing on plane and has just the right amount of tackiness to it.

Pros
  • Like these almost as much as expensive Winn grips. Good purchase.
Cons
  • It might not be compatible with certain club designs

Oversized is no bigger than standard

Size diameter of "oversized” at top of grip (largest part of grip) is 1”. Which is the same size as the grip I was trying to replace.

Pros
  • Golf club
Cons
  • Not a fan. Very slippery !

Bubble Bubble toys and trouble

I had 3 of them bubble up while putting them on its because of the two pieces technically this is my third time installing these. No more

Pros
  • Great quality at unbeatable price. Super Soft as good as Dri-tac at half the price
Cons
  • solo un profecional pudo cambiar estos grips, ya que la entrada es muy reducida para entrar en el shaft

Great grips, except in rain

I bought new clubs at the start of the summer and had these grips put on my clubs instead of cords. I will say, these grips were great in the hot, humid temps we had this summer. However, I have played in wet weather twice, including this past weekend and these grips become impossible to dry in between shots and become extremely slick. This made my rain gloves useless. I was afraid the clubs were going to go flying out of my hands, I finished the last three holes with the 3 clubs I had that…

Pros
  • Very nice gripes
Cons
  • The design might not last as long as more traditional grip materials

Not really a JUMBO grip.

Overall the grip is ok. But the term JUMBO by no means applies to this grip. It is more of a medium grip rather than JUMBO. So if it is a true JUMBO or OVERSIZE grip that you are looking for then I would pass this one by.

Pros
  • As soft as Winn grip at 1/3 the price.
Cons
  • First time I use the grip it tore And shredded.Would definitely not I repeat not recommend this product

squishy grips - my new review

These grips are great, I have them on four or five clubs now to test against some other brands. These are my favorite so far over even the golf pride mcc's.Pros:- Very Squishy and soft. Feels more like a soft leather- Very tacky feeling, not slippery at all.Cons:- Harder than most to get on the shaft- For a midsize grip it was still very skinny- No alignment indicatorOverall, I love these grips for my irons, but I wouldn't put them on anything longer than that.

Pros
  • Very good grips IMHO.
Cons
  • The polyurethane might wear down quickly, resulting in frequent replacements

Dissatisfied is an understatement

I had these on my clubs and they have already worn out. I don’t know if this was a bad batch or what but it’s inexcusable. I had a club pro put these on so it was nothing I did. I plan on contacting Revain and seeing if they will give me anything back

Pros
  • Nice grips. The wife really likes them!!!
Cons
  • The X-style surface might not provide enough grip in wet conditions

The absolute best grip ever.

Hands down the best grip I’ve ever used. I don’t have small hands, and to top things off I have stiff thick fingers that made golf difficult and at times painful. These grips allowed me to get back to where I wasn’t being punished for off center hits. They seriously absorbed the shock. Kept me in golf. They’re simply plush.

Pros
  • Great feel and grip; so comfortable.
Cons
  • Switching to this grip could require a period of adjustment

Doesn't come with tape!

Maybe it's a good grip, BUT I don't know because I can't put it on my driver as no tape came with the grip. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • These grips have a great feel. The size is right for large hands.
Cons
  • The polyurethane material might not hold up well in extreme weather conditions

Bought for a 2nd time.

This is the 2nd set of irons I put these on. Good grip, and less taper, so both hands feel more the same. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Great grip, love the midsize, and the control over the club is amazing.
Cons
  • The extra thickness might not fit in all golf club holders

Grips have lumps best in my review

I have regripped my clubs several times over the years and I have never gotten such poor results. Each one of my clubs is left with lumps inside the grips. I will need to start over after I order from a different company.

Pros
  • Very good and confortable club grip handle.
Cons
  • They could be more difficult to clean than traditional grip materials

Great grip!: my feedback

Love the super stroke cross comfort grips. Durable, comfortable, and provide a good feel for keeping shaft and club head in synch.

Pros
  • This is the perfect grip for my SW. slightly over size and very comfortable grip. Highly recommend.
Cons
  • Tore apart when installing

Read review first: my feedback

Seems like the reviews are correct, these grips for some reason have a tendency to bubble up during installation. I've been installing my own grips and haven't had issues until now. I now have ripples/bubbles at the bottom. Not sure why but I'll use for a while while and replace. Not worth it. Also the paint comes off with the grip fluid that's used for installation.

Pros
  • Very soft and comfortable
Cons
  • Changing to this grip could alter a golfer's swing trajectory

Not oversized for my opinion

I wear an extra large glove and this grip is far from Jumbo or oversized, it's standard at best. This is 2nd set of grips I've purchased that were made in China and both times they were not jumbo or oversized. I'm done.

Pros
  • Used these grips on multiple clubs, absolutely love them. My son loves them as well! (Youth golfer)
Cons
  • The design might not be suitable for all golf club types (i.e. putters

Only got half way down the shaft

Not sure why, but this is the first time I've ever ran into the issue where the grip would not go down more than half way. Had to cut it off.I'm not a seasoned pro at re-gripping golf clubs, but I have been re-gripping my own clubs for 10+years and this is the first time I've had this happenGrip felt nice, with a good tackiness. Shame I wont be able to get to find out. Had to go with a different extra grip I had lying around so I could still play after removing the old grip.

Pros
  • I like the feel and the slight tackiness of them. They also work well in wet conditions
Cons
  • It could alter the balance of the club, especially with an uneven number of grips

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Forget them. for my opinion

Worst grips I have ever tried to put on. Extra solvent did not help with 6 out of 13, couldn’t get the last 2” on. Some bunched up, ended up cutting them off. Do not buy.

Pros
  • Great iron grips enabled my shot accurate
Cons
  • It could interfere with a golfer's ability to grip and release the club properly
