Pretty but short changed on the material

No instructions at all. Not even on which piece is for the hands and which for the feet. Let alone maybe some exercises. But they have really skimped on the amount of material. I have a 32 inch waist and the belt barely fits. The wrist and ankle straps are so small. Not impressed, I hope at the very least it’s durable.

Only moderately disappointed

It's a decent product, but I had two major issues: one is that with all the bands hooked up, I found that I really had to stretch my arms further than I'd like before getting through the slack and meeting any resistance (I'm also apparently not the only one who had this issue). The second, more major issue was that the cable inside one of the arm bands broke; its end popped right out of one of the sockets, and this was only after two uses. Some reengineering is in order

Pretty disappointing. Works great for jab/shadow boxing/ punch practice, not so much for kicks/legs. Better off just using weighted hands or egg weights.

This thing is great you get a good workout while shadow boxing or just doing regular workout I recommend this 👍🏼👊🏼 bands too short 5''10 and up..
