The bit broke after driving four screws :-(

I bought these bits because Bosch is known for their quality tools. I used one bit to drive four 1" drywall screws with an impact wrench and the bit driving in 2x4 wood is broken Not good for a strong bit I will buy another brand The good news is that Revain will do a great job of refunding your money and most likely Bosch will charge for the cost.

Good to have: Screwdriver bits

I made my purchase decision based on the reviews. They worked fine when I used them. Steel doesn't really seem that much better than some of the nameless brands I own. The tabs on 2 of them appeared to be chewed up a bit when trying to remove some of the tough set screws. They fit my drill perfectly and I would say better than some of the other screwdriver bits I have.

Parcel arrived 2 days late

At first I thought the parcel was stolen because it wasn't on the entry level where the delivery picture was shown. I have a sign near the running board advising that the delivery must be placed on the side step where it will be sheltered from the wind and rain and not visible from the road. I received a letter that the goods were delivered, but it's not here. We've had a few windy days and it's obviously blown away. It was back on the porch this morning because the Good Samaritan found it andโ€ฆ

10X life should mean 10 minutes, not life

I was fascinated by 10X Life so I bought it. I usually go for the Phillips No. 2 in a few months, which means these beats should have been the last ones I bought. NOT CORRECT! CHEAP QUALITY! I've already gone through 2 in less than a month. general household use not construction. Since they were so inexpensive I will use them (these should last until the end of August. Bought in July) and lick my wounds and losses. I've never seen drills wear out so quickly.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Do you hate Phillips and Robertson? You'll hate it even more.

If you hate Phillips and Robertson screws like me, then I have a gift for you! Imagine something that comes out even easier! Screws are best loosened with an ice pick. But seriously, the first time or two that bit slips off the screw is worthless. Until then, this is the best thing since yoga pants. You have to be perfectly level and apply proper pressure or it will slip off. Think of it more like P1.5R1.5 and not P2R2 because like P1 or P3 in a P2 screw it works if you are careful. Use lowโ€ฆ

Two in one is always a compromise.

I was very happy to receive these as I had to install Phillips #2 drywall screws and Robertson #2 decking screws. This product seemed like a great idea so I didn't have to keep changing bits on my impact wrench. They work great with Phillips head screws, but not so well with Robertson head screws. The traditional Robertson bit has a straight tip that provides a large contact area in the square screw hole. Since these bits must also work in Phillips holes, the tips are tapered. As a result, theโ€ฆ

GREAT! - Headers

I threw these puppies in my 1 inch air gun so they could remove the heat exchanger in the BDU. I eventually realized they wouldn't work and replaced them. for a 2 1/4" Armstrong socket, reverse the direction of the gun and start stripping the nuts. The Rosebud welder worked before me, heating nuts and bolts since they've been at 475 24/7 for the past 9 months We had a 30 ton crane ready to lift the head of a dollar plate to the ground (it was the top of three tall scaffolds) which pretty muchโ€ฆ

These tips are good as long as they don't send you to the emergency room.

I buy Bosch because I think they make quality products. These whipping tips are not a quality product. Although the tips hold the #2 screw well, they break with use. If they break, it looks like the tip of the screw has fallen out. This happens suddenly, causing you to pierce and extrude the workpiece hard. The attached photo shows the fourth tip of the five packs I bought. While the previous 3 crashed without major incident due to wearing goggles, Tip 4 sent me to the ER. When I was unscrewing
