Looks good and car is happy

It was a very very good price for an OEM MAF. It matched the MAF of my original 4.6 liter P38 exactly and came in a yellow BOSCH box so I think it's genuine. Most importantly, it instantly cured my rough start/rough idle (after resetting the adaptive values). It's been a month and still no problems.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Compatibility

Almost immediate increase in MPG.

Although my recently purchased 2000 used Range Rover P38 was mostly in excellent technical condition, I was concerned to find that my fuel consumption was very poor. After several recommendations, I decided to purchase a replacement DMRV. That's the real deal; Bosch original equipment. Delivery was quick and within a day of installation my fuel consumption was back to normal. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

DON'T JUST BUY PRICE on Land Rover Parts!

When it comes to electronics for your Land Rover / Range Rover, DON'T BUY THE PRICE ONLY! Yes, any parts store or Rover dealer will pay you over $200 for one, but so far the best OEM parts price I've found was HERE - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0039BWC6C/ref =oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00 ? dh=UTF8&psc=1 Also, these cheaper brands will NOT produce the correct signals like the OEM BOSCH brand for a little more $$ and MUCH less headache!

Pros
  • Nice item
Cons
  • Only available in white

FAKE Bosch and did not work

I have 100% fake. The body is branded Bosch, the actual sensor is a kind of Chinese POS. These scammers go a step further with Bosch branded boxes and use similar packaging paper but compared to the device I received from FCP Euro you can clearly see the difference in the quality of the box and paper. The one I got here also didn't have the factory seal shown in the photos of the REAL sensor. To top it off, I plugged it in to see if it worked and it didn't even register with my OBDii tool…

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • Zero
