Very high quality product.

I used this blade to remove about 36 square feet of tile on a backsplash. It cuts through grout and tile very easily. Much better quality than other brands. Highly recommended.

Bosch is the leader in power tool parts and accessories

Bosch continues to make my purchase of a Starlock compatible multi tool seem awesome. This blade does what it's supposed to, and the color-coding on the mounting sleeve is a reminder of the limits of use.

Not recommended for power tool parts and accessories

Used to wipe grout on 11 ceramic tile and the coating is 'melted' from 10; I didn't cut just to remove the grout. I am shocked at how bad this product is given the cost! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Only available in black

I bought this to remove grout between the tiles I wanted to keep and those I wanted to remove before removing the tiles. This thing chewed up cement mortar like butter. It was extremely efficient, relatively fast and also very easy to control, so I didn't have any problems with the tiles I wanted to save. Once the grout was gone it was very easy to pry and chip off the bad tiles, after which I used a Bosch triangular rasp to remove the grout and grout residue that I had missed. Together, these…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Hard to say

Works best with oscillating tool accessories

Carbide coated on both sides of the blade and overall looks like high quality carbide. I've only used it for a few cuts but the blade still looks new. I assume this will take a while. If you are unfamiliar with Starlock blades, they are quick-change blades designed primarily for use with Starlock fastening tools. However, you can use these blades with most non-Starlock oscillating tools. Some tools may require an adapter sold by Bosch. If you buy an oscillating tool with a Starlock mount…

Potential quality control issues. Can still work

The first blade I bought in January was amazing - it performed well, which is what I expected it to do, and was an amazing price (about $5 at the time ). I recently bought 3 more for the same purpose and used them to make cut outs in old stucco walls with a button panel behind the stucco (probably 50's buildings) to retrofit new electrical boxes. The first blade cut through the plaster amazingly well while eating the metal blades alive and allowed me to get amazingly tight tolerance results on…
