The ideal solution for thorough, quick and clean removal of joints between tiles.
I bought this to remove grout between the tiles I wanted to keep and those I wanted to remove before removing the tiles. This thing chewed up cement mortar like butter. It was extremely efficient, relatively fast and also very easy to control, so I didn't have any problems with the tiles I wanted to save. Once the grout was gone it was very easy to pry and chip off the bad tiles, after which I used a Bosch triangular rasp to remove the grout and grout residue that I had missed. Together, these two tools got the job done very effectively, leaving me ready to install the new tile with little fanfare.
