Terrible Quality Nylon Tubing Kit

After I put it to the test, the tubing just couldn't withstand the high pressure and heat of my automotive system. It quickly started leaking and caused me more headaches than I had anticipated. The only pro is that it comes with all the necessary fittings. However, the con is that the tubing just isn't up to par with what is expected in the automotive world. I would not recommend this product.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Nylon tubing is not as durable as metal tubing

Convenient for electronics

Required to replace the hose fitting on the automatic flow meter boost line. This kit was cheaper than just an adjustment.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Only available in black

worked like a champ

I had another nylon hose that was about 25 years old. It broke down at an intersection (I thought I blew up the engine, there was a lot of smoke coming out of the manifolds). but it was just a broken nylon oil line. I moved the block connection with an extension that I also found on Amzn (because they're hard to get to on the 289 on the block). Everything went well. no more connections in the line from the transmitter (actually the connection to the source) to the pressure gauge, no leaks. all…

Pros
  • Gauge Sets
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
