Drill bits work well and stand up to repeated use. But the packaging is terrible. I had to destroy the holder to open it. Now the bits are hanging in a drawer. Most plastic packaging disappoints from the start, but this one should win the prize. I lowered the score significantly as the bits need to be stored in a protective case/holder when not in use, especially when moving from place to place. Not so with these now. Too bad.
's meager instruction is that there is a one inch indentation on both sides from the bottom of the case under the decals. On the front, I tore off the sticker half an inch from the top and glued both parts of the sticker, leaving the half inch exposed at the bottom. On the other side I made a sticker. Squeeze both ends and the case will slide out. You can also score Decaleon from the front. I just want all the printing on the sticker. I didn't rate durability as I only have drill bits. I knowβ¦
I use these with a Milwaukee hand drill and so far they have worked very well. I've mostly used them on concrete/brick which required a lot of force for me to drill a hole and so far I've used them quite a bit. And so far none of them have broken so I think that shows they are very good and strong! However, I don't know if the head wasn't that sharp to begin with (maybe that's why it was difficult to drill into concrete/brick) or if my attempts to drill it dulled the heads, but then I hadβ¦
