If you use the Bose website or app (which is only required to set up these headphones), you authorize Bose to use ALL of your information. on all your devices. on all your accounts. You give up all your privacy on social media. You are entitled to ALL of your posts, your profile, even the photo you post. I don't even use social media and I'm sick of Bose's aggressive privacy policies. I'm sure I can find another company that makes hearing aids that are just headphones and not a back door into…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Extremely disappointed, horrible handling, NO MULTIPOINT CONNECTION

Advantages: Good sound, comfortable. Cons: Cannot adjust the volume. No multipoint pairing is a BIG thing. What a step backwards. All my previous Bose had this feature. These will likely come back. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Without the multipoint, I might as well have bought the Samsung headphones - the sound is about the same, less noticeable and a much smaller body. All shapes, no features like the Bose 700 headphones - no improvement over the QuietComfort 35.

Pros
  • Long battery life: Up to 5 hours on a single charge with the included charging case, plus up to 2 hours more with a 15 minute quick charge for on the go.
Cons
  • Repair

A step back for Bose

Bad replacement for Bose SoundSport Free headphones. They added touch functionality but removed some key functionality. My guess is that Bose will drop the SoundSport Free headphones or already has them. No headphone volume control 2. Can only skip to the next song but cannot go back to the song.3. The "Search Headphones" feature has been removed. This feature has saved me from losing one of my headphones three times after losing it from my ear while mountain biking.

Pros
  • Clear calls: A beamforming microphone array separates your voice from surrounding noise so your callers can hear you better.
Cons
  • Ok

First, the communication quality is terrible both ways - the caller can't hear me well and I can barely hear the caller. The sound lacked depth. I thought of a bad connection and tested with numerous participants and at different times (both mobile and landline). The headphones barely fit in my small ears. They look like Frankenstein corks sticking out of his throat. Even with the smallest jig, I have to work very hard to get it in. I knew it was easy to switch between devices, but that wasn't…

Pros
  • Bose Music app: First download the app and sync the headphones, then name the headphones, customize controls, check battery life, etc.
Cons
  • Some Difficulties
