Don't put your nails deep enough!

I've played around with this thing a lot and it still doesn't drive the nails deep enough. He worked well for the first 1000 nails, but then he started not driving them deep enough. I mount my pine T&G on spruce poles so the wood is quite soft. The compressor is also set to the maximum recommended level. I've been using Eagle 2" stainless steel nails and I don't know what the problem is. The seller says any 16 gauge straight finish nails should work just fine. I have no idea what the problem…

Pros
  • 7 Year Limited Warranty. 1 year limited warranty for manufacturing applications
Cons
  • Available in black only

Ideal for DIY projects.

Easily hammers 2" nails halfway to China. Had to drop the air pressure to 50psi and set the depth control to the bare minimum to flush it out, so definitely plenty of power. There were no traffic jams, although only about 50 nails were driven in. Only complaint is that it's quite larger than my 18 gauge nail gun, loading is a little tedious compared to older guns but not the worst. The crazy pencil sharpener belt hook combo should be replaced with a decent sturdy hook, I mean I don't think I…

Pros
  • Tool-less clamping mechanism for easy nail removal
Cons
  • Easily snapped

Disappoints best in nailers & staplers

Not as good as my old porter cord block, not easy to load, you have to put nails in far enough Guide to push the pusher moved them forward as the pusher is not fixed in the rear position. It rides great with little damage to the softwoods. February. 2018 I've used it quite a bit since August 2016, it does its job well with no noticeable damage to the wood, but it really annoys me when you come to change the size of the nails. Removal of the remaining nails is hampered by a small spring clip…

Pros
  • Other features: rear air vent and belt hook with built in sharpener
Cons
  • Bits and pieces
