Cheap Staples, Expensive Problems

These collated fasteners are a disappointing investment for any industrial and scientific project. The pros include easy installation and a smooth finish, but the cons are overwhelming. The staples jammed frequently and caused damage to both materials and machinery, resulting in costly repairs. In addition, the staples were not as durable as advertised and had to be replaced frequently. Overall, save yourself the headache and invest in a higher quality collated fastener.

Pros
  • Durable stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting use.
Cons
  • Requires a specialized stapler that can handle 18 gauge staples, limiting its compatibility with certain tools.

Just what I need at the right price

Need stainless steel to build teak birdhouses salvaged from a small bridge on our property. I was afraid they would bend and not penetrate hard teak, no problem, great!

Pros
  • Strength: 18 gauge
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Great product, I just wish I had bought more but nothing was found.

Exactly what the doctor ordered! No more stains on mahogany from galvanized products. Anyone who has worked with mahogany knows that galvanized products chemically react with the wood causing those unsightly stains you see every time you drive past a mahogany fence. This 100% fixes this problem, I tested two fences I built a year ago and after a very heavy rainy season last winter in California there are no stains left. This is a great sign, spots are usually visible after the first rain…

Pros
  • Indoor use
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
