When you first look at the image, it looks like a dark purple mask, but it's more of a lavender color. Therefore, it does not tone your hair at all. I tried applying it and drowning out my yellowing blonde but it didn't affect the color in any way. It smells nice and softens it but doesn't do what I bought it for which is disappointing. If you have ice blonde hair and want to tone it up, I recommend buying another product.

I need an unscented purple shampoo, conditioner or hair mask. I am allergic to fragrance blend #1 and cannot use "fragrance/fragrance" products. It removed dull yellowish streaks from my natural grey/silver hair. I've been using the purple shampoo from my local makeup store for a few years. This purple (actually lavender) mask works much better. Found it for sale and decided to give it a try. It's worth the regular price and I'll definitely buy it again.

I didn't give three stars because of the product but because I misunderstood the results it could give. Ice has been trying to make my hair white/grey/silver for a long time. It's basically a purple shampoo that you leave on so it doesn't have dramatic results, but it will help color your copper blonde.
