Keep Your Vinyls Spotless: 5-Pack Boundless Audio Large Microfiber Cloths for Record Cleaning and Drying Review

I used them on some old records I received and they easily removed all fingerprints and dust. I actually use one to get the record out of its case so I don't have to do acrobatics to avoid touching it directly. Definitely recommend!

This is a good light duty cleaner and probably good for someone like me who doesn't recycle old vinyl. For really dirty records, Merrill's Gem Dandy cleaner is much better. Both have longer drying times, but the Boundless solution dries faster.

I'm a big fan of the limitless cleaner that only comes with one of these towels. These things are definitely thicker than regular microfiber towels, which help hold more record cleaner. I would say that one of them allows me to clean about 3-4 records before a rinse is needed.

These are some high quality microfiber cloths. They have a very soft texture that's great for high-value delicate items like vinyl records or eyeglasses. A standard 12" vinyl record is ideal if you want to place your records on it while applying the cleaning solution. It is also worth noting that 5 wipes are included in the kit. Definitely recommend.

These towels were purchased to be used as a vinyl safe surface to clean my records along with the Boundless Record Cleaning Kit. Works great for what I use it for. The towel itself is of good quality, as in the photo (thicker). It's also beautifully packaged in a minimalist matte black logo pouch. If you bought the Boundless record cleaning kit, this is essentially the same towel that comes with the kit. I recommend these towels!

Disappointing They promise both liquid and cloth will leave your vinyl clean, free of crackle and static electricity. A very nice package of liquid and wipes arrived but they just don't end up working. It looks like an investment in a record washing machine is required. Too bad, I had high hopes for both the cleaner and the wipes. Just to make sure I cleaned my pen too, no difference.

After purchasing the cloths, I read on several forums that although often recommended, microfiber can retain particles that have been removed from the disc's surface and that this may not benefit the discs over time. I'll try rinsing with diluted distilled water and a mixture of dish soap in glass bowls, then air dry. I try it first with a lint-free cotton cloth (possibly gauze). The name may be boring, but it's quite simple: Cloths work well. I have purchased various types of microfiber cloths solely for cleaning vinyl and these seem to be the best. They have excellent moisture wicking properties, so you can easily clean multiple records with a single cloth. They're also quite large, which I wasn't expecting. They *can* easily place the "12" panel on the unfolded fabric so you know they went to the trouble of testing the product. I haven't specifically used Boundless -
