Great as an OEM replacement. The only downside is that the 993 takes thinner hands replacing those shocks than I do. However, it looks correct and works great.

This is junk. I bought a full set (front and back) and they were locked in the open position. No amount of anything will shrink them. Bought before the project and when I realized they were useless it was too late to return them. Do not do that

Seller recommended part number for an undamaged Porsche Cabriolet not carrying a trunk lid due to the weight of the AC coil. The seller offered to order them for models with a spoiler. A piston can support the trunk lid. Now there is a reserve for the future.

Good stand replacement at a good price. They have a lot of "Boxi-yada-yada-yada" written on it in big bold letters, so if you need that OEM to look down to the last detail, this might not be for you. Other than that I am very happy with the purchase and am actually ordering another set for another machine.

Fit perfectly on my 1986 930. I bought them because they were cheap and figured if they were junk I wouldn't be out of line much. To my surprise, they worked great. So great that I only replaced 1 of the old racks and the lid stayed on. I will be buying more in the near future as 3 sets cost the same as 1 set from Pelican Parts.
