Terrible Quality and Functionality

This product was a complete disappointment... My analysis of this automotive suspension part showed that the materials used were poor and the product's functionality was subpar. The only advantage was the cost but the price ultimately reflected the product's quality. Unfortunately, it failed to meet my expectations and I would not recommend this to anyone..

Don't wait for the lift rods to wear out

Very easy to install. Works great. Direct replacement for my 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit. I do a little push-up and the strut does the rest, fully opening the hood. If the hood brace is worn out, don't risk hitting your head. Just replace it in less than 30 seconds
